Athleticism and Speed Training

Boys and Girls ages 7-11. KidzSpeed:
Fun focused athletic enhancement training for elementary age athletes. This program is designed to increase stamina, balance, and coordination through the use of "play" based drills and games. Class meets once a week for an hour.

$65 per month
Registration on going throughout the school year.

Early Sports Skills

Ages 4-6. In the "Kinder Rollers" program encourages fitness through tumbling, relay races, games, and obstacle courses that incorporate football, t-ball, soccer, volleyball, bowling, hockey, and other challenges for hand-eye, foot-eye coordination. Call for schedules and pricing.

Sports Skills Development

Ages 3-6. Register for classes in December/January for Spring semester (mid Jan-May, 20 weeks); March/April for Summer semester and camp (June-Aug, 11 weeks); and July/August for Fall semester (Aug-mid Jan, 20 weeks). Or you may register anytime after the semesters begin. Sports Skills Development teaches children fundamental skills in soccer, basketball, football, and volleyball, in combination with gymnastics. JW Tumbles Sporty Kids

A skill-based, non-competitive sports and fitness program in which kids of all abilities get to learn a new sport every week, promote self-esteem, and enhance cardio-strength in a fun and positive way. JW Tumbles Sporty Kids is a way for kids who want to try out several different sports, or those who just want to develop basic athletic skills. Baby and Preschool Fitness

Ages 6 wks-5 yrs. "Mommy and Baby Fitness"(6 wks-18 mos); Fitness Fun I (24-36 mos); and "Fitness Fun II"(3-5 yrs). In "Fitness Fun" participants explore the 5 health-related components of physical fitness--cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition through fun new fitness activities. This class helps children build strong, healthy bodies and minds and promotes a positive attitude toward physical fitness.

Bootcamp 4 Kids

Ages 6-9 and 10-12. 1 hour day camp consists of 1 Hour of activities all fitness/exercise related. The Kids then move on to Circle Chat for 15 minutes. The kids can ask questions, share stories or thoughts about their experience with exercise, food and diet. Each portion of the camp has an emphasis on all things meant to inspire, educate and motivate children to want to begin to take control of their health at an early age.
